Adventure of the day: Traverse to Ocean Beach and find sand dollars with my boyfriend! Sadly, we only found half of one =(
This summer, I see DIY denim cutoff shorts trending everywhere! So I had to go make some for myself too! I found a pair of jeans at The Salvation Army for $3! It was such a bargain. I don't think I've ever spent my money in a better way LOL If you've ever cut jeans into shorts before, it is much harder than it looks. A lot of the time, one side is longer than the other side or the cut is steeper. Big tip: Do NOT eye it. Use a ruler to measure it. Makes your life so much easier! :)
Heavy knit cardigans are also staple pieces in my closet. Great way to keep warm, and it looks great paired with something form-fitting. I don't usually buy things from Urban Outfitters, since I believe that they're too overpriced, but I had to splurge on this sweater for the winter! I've worn it so many times that it's worth it!
